ok for a short stay of couple of days

breakfast was not included although they had a restaurant nextdoor where they serve breakfast didnt bother

the hotel is fully automated where you speak to someone on a ipad .. not for those who are not tech savvy as you have to check in online and submit your passport details

The bed was extremely comfy. Close to metro Station, good connection.

There's note receptionist, just a tablet with a camera and you Talk to a person online. The don't make the bed and havent changed the towels in 4 days. For the price, at least this service should be included.

Pleasant

Easy administration process, about a 3 mins walk to the nearest MRT station, amenities provided was sufficient for a one night stay

Soundproofing between rooms was not the best. There was a faint musty odor I believe coming from the carpet at the corridor that went into the room.

Good location, need a queen bed next time

I like this hotel in little India, this room was not the best I've stayed in but it's my third stay and I will likely stay there again. It's a great location, not far from other areas I like to visit which cuts down on transportation costs, plus there are a lot of nice Indian restaurants around.

The bed was uncomfortable, it clearly felt like 2 x single beds pushed together. Bunch of wires taped to the walls for something, not sure what that is, if it's temporary I guess that's ok but it was a bit strange.

Value for budget stays

The location was good, near to MRT and food court. Rooms are clean but small. Good for a night stay. Towels are still looking new. Complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste included however, no coffee or tea bags provided. Hot shower and water pressure are good. Safe and fridge are provided in the room. Would recommend to friends.

Rooms are small which normal in Singapore for budget hotels. No staff working but a tablet at the front desk. Bathroom lights are too dimmed and slight unpleasant smell come out from bathroom. Air con was cold enough but blow at the faces when lay down on bed. Kettle is provided but no coffee and tea bags. So, you have to bring or buy yourself. No share kitchen in the common area as stated.

Great value for money & comfortable rooms

The location is simply perfect - super close to the metro, very well surrounded by restaurants and shops - yet in a quiet alley. The rooms are very nice and significantly bigger and more modern than similar hotels - which is a plus. Overall very happy with our stay!

There is no staff on the property - which is a bit odd at checkin - but it makes it a bit more cumbersome to get help if needed. You have to write or call them and they will (eventually) send someone to check. It’s not the easiest sometimes.

The photos are of the room

No early check-in. Wouldn't even check me in at 2-30. Had to wait until 3pm WTAF. And the rooms were ready. There's a free use washer. Where another guest occupied both machines from about 3pm until 3am .. and when the washer and dryer were done stood in front for another twenty minutes until her friend came with more washing. No. Join the bloody queue of people behind you. Suggest getting a paid machine instead. I'm guessing she's running a launderette from the hotel Then after waiting until 5 am for my laundry... I was woken at 1030 with constant doorbell to be told to check out. Wtf. Check out is 12... Clearly in policy
